1. Functional requirements

A. Directly charge the 3.7V 18650 lithium battery when USB is connected. The charging indicator is red and turns green after full. Neither the light nor the fan is working.

B. Press the switch and start the rear light and fan at the same time, until the switch is pressed again and turned off at the same time. No need to turn off the lights regularly. The indicator light is blue at work.

C. The lamp and fan can work with either USB or battery power alone

2. Battery capacity: 1200mah. The maximum charging current is 600mA. The battery itself has a protective panel.

3. Position of charging lamp and filling lamp. (around 10mm around the button center). Confirm with the customer

• Set the lamp power to 1.5W
• The charging current is changed to 500mA, and the corresponding charging power is adjusted to 2.1W

1. Anti-static bubble film shall be used for packaging and packing after piecing together

2. Matters needing attention when packing

1) Considering the force comprehensively, the direction set up after PCBA packing should be the same as that of corrugated carton

2) Avoid the collision between PCBas during packaging; Appropriate placement and bubble film thickness should be selected
